30-day returns policy and process
If you’re not completely happy with your Nadu product, return it any time within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Return process for online purchases
Send us a message at hello@nadu.co with:
- Product details (product type)
- Receipt / invoice details (check emails from Nadu)
- Reason refund requested (this helps us be better)
- Your delivery address and contact details
We'll post you a prepaid satchel.
Just pop it in a neighbourhood post box with the products you’re returning.
We’ll refund your payment when we get the returned product.
Return process for purchases from a retailer or stockist

- Product details (product type)
- Scan of your receipt or invoice from the retailer (proof of purchase)
- Reason refund requested (this helps us be better)
- Your delivery address and contact details
