Shut Up and Sleep Strips Have only begun using these but right away have noticed a big change. I’ve had trouble with mouth breathing for years and it’s a game changer to wake up without a painfully dry mouth. These are really easy to apply, stay stuck on, and remove just as easily in the morning. Excellent!
