If you’re not completely happy with your Nadu product, return it any time within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return process for online purchases

1. Send us a message at hello@nadu.co with: 

  • Product details (product type)
  • Receipt / invoice details (check emails from Nadu)
  • Reason refund requested (this helps us be better)
  • Your delivery address and contact details

2. We'll post you a prepaid satchel.

3. Just pop it in a neighbourhood post box with the products you’re returning.

4. We’ll refund your payment when we get the returned product.

Return process for purchases from a retailer or stockist

  • Scan of your receipt or invoice from the retailer (proof of purchase)
  • Reason refund requested (this helps us be better)
  • Your delivery address and contact details
